PEGASUS/HEARTVIEW DEMONSTRATES  HEARTVUE™ 6S SYSTEM CAPABILITIES AT THE ACC  55TH  SCIENTIFIC SESSION EXPOSITION IN ATLANTA, MARCH 11TH TO MARCH 14TH.  (Booth #1855)

Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Business Wire, March 9th, 2006:  Pegasus/HeartView, LLC (Symbol:  PGUZ-OTC) today announced that it is participating in the American College of Cardiology Scientific Session in Atlanta, Georgia from March 11th to March 14th, 2006.

HeartView, LLC will showcase the HeartVue™ 6S System, a breakthrough heart screening technology which provides a portrait of the heart in just 60 seconds. The system is an advanced technology for early, non-invasive screening of heart disease.   Using only 4 limb wires from the patient’s wrists and ankles, patients are easily tested sitting up, fully clothed.  The device incorporates proprietary software that converts the electric activity of the cardiac tissue into a 3 dimensional, color-coded visual portrait, which makes it easier for physicians to interpret. HeartView, LLC, at Booth #1855, will feature onsite testing with the Company’s proprietary software and will provide heart portraits to medical professionals attending the show.  This major medical profession gathering is an ideal springboard for the introduction of the HeartVue 6S System, and follows the announcement of the Company’s first sales agreement for 10,000 units which was announced on January 17th, 2006.

The ACC 55th Annual Scientific Session Exposition (www.acc.org/2006) is a world class benchmark event for medical professionals from around the world. In addition to the expected 15,000 cardiologists, thousands of physicians, scientists, technicians, administrators, nurses and professionals providing cardiovascular care will also be in attendance.  The event is co-sponsored by the Society For Cardiovascular Angiography and its focus on “Innovation In Intervention” with the i2 Summit 2006, will feature live satellite transmissions and computer-based learning and simulation training   The ACC Exposition will feature world-renowned keynote speakers, scientific sessions, late-breaking clinical trials, case presentations, imaging, preventional and interventional cardiology.  The exhibit hall will feature hundreds of industry leaders in showcasing advanced medical devices and services.

Pegasus Pharmaceuticals Inc. acquired a majority interest in HeartView, LLC, which holds the worldwide patent, manufacturing and marketing rights of the HeartVue™ 6S System.  An earlier version of this screening system has already been cleared for sale in Europe and there is a patent pending in the United States.
